We removed the existing sliding patio door and replaced it with Steel Entry French Doors. The French Doors are encased on all six sides (top, bottom, sides, front and back rails) this eliminates the possibility of moisture getting inside the doors. The grid creating the Colonial Lites feature is encased in-between the insulated glass panes. These doors are primed and ready to paint.

We removed four builders grade windows and installed four insulated security windows. These windows are double hung, and tilt in for easy cleaning. The windows each have 12 lites with the grid built in between the two panes of glass. We painted the entire Breakfast Room.
