In this picture we removed the existing bath tub, ceramic tile, and moved the existing plumbing. We expanded the tub area by 6 inches in width to accommodate a custom built marble shower unit. This unit included a corner seat, soap and accessory area, and a new custom built shower door. The marble unit was constructed with an overhead marble ceiling also.

Rear view of the home shows a new wrought iron fence around the pool. We installed a new insulated patio cover with a built-in gutter and downspout system. We installed ceiling fans and lighting. All electrical systems are concealed within the insulated patio ceiling which was chosen so that the homeowner can enclose the patio at a later date if so desired and we painted the entire exterior of the home.
