Here we show the Amowrap which is applied after the original siding is removed. We replaced the original siding with pre-primed Hardi-Plank. We built a new upstairs balcony. We also built an extended roof over the patio. The original patio was wood. (No more mosquitos living underneath) We removed it, poured a new pad, and installed Saltillo tile. We painted the siding, trim, and soffitt. We installed new gutters and downspouts.
