We removed existing carpet and installed 12"X12" ceramic tile. We painted interior of Formal Living Room and Formal Dining Room. We installed new overhead lighting in Formal Dining Room.

 

We cut a pass-thru window in the formal living room wall to create an open view effect from the this room to the den.
